Undercover by Jun Takahashi – Undercover Fall/Winter 2015-2016 ready-to-wear collection.
Undercover is a Japanese fashion label founded in 1990 by Jun Takahashi, who has served as designer and creative director from the start.
It’s not often these days that a fashion show serves up a sociopolitical message—designers are too busy making new merch to have much time for reflection. Undercover’s Jun Takahashi has tended to operate beyond the fashion Mainstream.Takahashi served up a bemused critique of our culture’s obsession with youth and beauty today.The models wore creepy plastic-surgery masks that made their fresh faces look like they’d had work done: straighter noses, fuller lips, smoother foreheads, sharper, more defined cheekbones. Estate jewelry of women of a certain age added to the odd sensation of watching young women impersonate old women who were trying to look young again.
There were great clothes there—a section of oversize, blouson-style jackets; sculptural button-downs; draped and swagged knits; tortoiseshell-print plastic outerwear trimmed perversely in fur.
Great collection. Great Looks. I love it.

LANVIN FALL/WINTER 2015-2016 collection – Runway Looks to fall in love!

Lanvin Fall/Winter 2015-2016 ready-to wear collection designed by Alber Elbaz. Elegant,luxurious but same time youthful!Elbaz’s inspiration for this collection was his birthplace- Morocco. „It’s a country of contradictions,“ he said. „So it was an interesting place to start a collection.“ And even if Elbaz insisted that influences were just a tool, to be erased in the finished product, there was an undertow of the tribal Sahara in his collection: tassels and passementerie, Berber stripes, bracelets, leather harnesses and snakeskin yokes,  the shagginess of goat hair, and the gleam of gold…  Here are only some Outfits. Alber Elbaz designed about 52 Dresses for Lanvin Fall collection which was shown in on 25 March 2015,in Paris Fashion Week.

It was an awesome spectacular show on runway, the John Galliano’s show,  one model clutched her paper-bag purse like it was the most precious thing, another wore  orange rubber gloves and hairy shoes but same time the collection demonstrated range and finesse.
John Galliano’s first prét-á´-porter collection for Maison Margiela  was a winner, full of personality of Genius of John Galliano.

It’s simply a HIT!
