Susanna Macchia wrote in Vogue Italia, in July 2015:
She begins by citing a popular saying that she attributes to Sophia Loren “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder”. And she ends by saying that “Perfection is a myth. My body is not ‘perfect’: I have four children, and with each pregnancy it changed a Little“ Heidi Klum, however, just turned 42 a month ago, is of a practically unquestionable beauty. That the passing of time, two marriages, numerous work engagements and pregnancies, have not affected at all.
“What counts for me is to feel good with myself. It is a question of the confidence’”. And Heidi must feel truly satisfied considering that from winning that beauty contest that she took part in almost by chance in Germany in 1992, that lead to the signing of her first contract with a modeling agency, she succeeded in becoming a successful entrepreneur, a talent show producer, an anchorwoman and a designer of clothes, shoes, lingerie, swimwear, fragrances and make-up.
